‘Regression Therapy’ simply means eliminating dark or negative and give release to positive or light. Using this therapy allows the client to return to his past life and experiences while his consciousness remains active. This is what is known as past life regression.

It a definite plus for us to know what happened in the past. In the past life, in one way or the other, formed the way we look life today. This gives us a better understanding of ourselves.

Only the individual that created the negative thoughts or feelings can chase those thoughts or feelings away so that he can reform his field of energy into positive energy. A few ways to do this are: re-patterning, forgiveness, and karmic repayment.

Individuals who create this negativity can release them and transfer a negative into a positive. This will re-model his energy field into something more positive. This is done by the use of allowing yourself to forgive. A Karmic repayment, re-patterning. Changes one’s negative attitude to a more positive attitude.

Only through using these measures to correct things are we able to do the proper re patterning of our energy fields and turn them to positives of care, harmony, tranquility, and gentleness.

Although sometimes tiring, Regression Therapy is said to be life changing. Most clients say this procedure resulted as a positive attitude, renewed outlook of life and becoming a stronger person.

To get to this point, however, a client must have a strong commitment to getting to know themselves completely, for good or bad, and use this information to change the way they live their life.

‘Regression Therapy,’ a fascinating subject. And should you seriously contemplate trying it yourself either out of desire or interest, it would be a journey into discovering who you were in a previous life or to help you solve present day problems.

If you want to have a truly happy, healthy life you will need one of abundance. However, abundance doesn’t have to mean material possessions but should also represent healthy relationships, good health and also to live a life in harmony with your beliefs and values. These are the things that really mean more than any physical possessions or money.

True abundance like this does not come by accident. You may sometimes seem like you have seen people who have it all by luck. But this type of abundance doesn’t come by luck or karma alone. A person could be harnessing the laws of attraction to approve their life by accident or on purpose; which it is doesn’t matter. The best part is that you can learn to do the same for yourself.

If you’ve always dreamed of having more abundance in your life, if all begins with being appreciative of what you have. Even if you don’t think you have very much, you need to be grateful for it. When you are ungrateful for what you have, it creates a barrier between you and future successes. This can prevent you from getting the blessings and rewards you desire. When you have a thankful heart, you will open the doors for more blessings to come your way.

You can help yourself be thankful for your blessings by keeping a gratitude journal. You should try to write in it every day and list the things you feel thankful for. A great time to do this is before you go to bed at night when you can reflect on your day. You might also want to create a minimum number of things you want to be grateful for each day. This will help you focus your attention on looking for these things each day.

It is also important to consider your emotional condition when you aim to live an abundant life. Your positive feelings and habitual emotions can pull the abundance into your life. The people who support you and encourage you to feel good despite the untoward incidences in life are important as well. If you will remain to feel negative feelings, you will only attract more similar negative events into your life, rather than abundance.

Your emotions and your thoughts are very tightly linked. If you want to attract abundance to your life, it will be very important that you think positively. You will need to avoid negative thoughts in order to attract positive things to your life. For some people, this is harder to change than for others. When you’ve spent your entire life thinking and feeling one way, it can be difficult ‘ but not impossible- to correct this.

There are several different approaches you can take to changing your thinking. You can benefit from learning the different methods so that you can find the best one for your needs. Many people will find that they need to use a variety of approaches to help them change their lives for the better. When you create new beliefs and new positive emotional habits, you will begin to have more abundance in your lives.

There are lots of tools made available by science to help people overcome the unhealthy state of their mental and emotional beings. Among these tools are the hypnosis, self-hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, applied kinesiology, affirmations, and BSFF (Be Set Free Fast).

Change is a progressive process. As you change, your life will as well. Someone who is optimistic and thankful will draw abundance more quickly that someone who struggles with negative thoughts and emotions. This is not an overnight process; however, it is essential to prepare yourself for abundance.

Preparation must meet with opportunity. Necessary changes open the flow of abundance. You must position yourself to grasp your opportunities. Making changes is essential as is taking any steps to gain new knowledge and skills. This will enable you to recognize your new and better opportunities and grasp them wholeheartedly.

In this difficult time of life, you can still make your life abundant by being positive towards life, focus on what is good and right, be grateful of what you have, and avoid negative thoughts and feelings. Now is the time to start experiencing a happy and successful abundant life.

Through changing the manner in which you see reality, you will shape your subconscious mind which means you may be able to unlock supernatural talents. Above is the giant Leshan Buddha built during the Tang Dynasty around the seventh century.  It is carved where the Minjiang, Dadu and Qingyi rivers in the southern part of the Sichuan province of China meet. The giant stone Buddha faces toward Mount Eimi and the rivers flow below his feet. It is the largest stone Buddha carving on the planet.

Today’s Big Buddha

One of the flamboyant entrepreneurs making it big in booming Vietnam unveiled a massive precious stone on Monday that he plans to transform into the world’s largest jade Buddha.

Dao Trong Cuong, the owner of a Vietnamese gem mine, purchased the 35-ton stone in Myanmar last year for $2 million and imported it to Vietnam in October. By the time a team of 50 artists and sculptors finishes chipping away at it, the finished Buddha is expected to weigh nearly 20 tons.

Is Meditation Right for You?

Meditation helps celebs like these discover what’s popular and what isn’t.And lately, it appears as though the “most popluar” kids have given in to meditation.This age-old practice has come far beyond drugs and drinking as the A-List’s mind-altering habit of the times, providing a safe and healthy way for celebrities to rise beyond the pressures of the life of stardom.

There’s no question the celebs that practice meditation are making a more intelligent, safer choice than their counterparts in previous decades.  But is bending one’s legs into a lotus position and “emptying the mind” just another wacky Hollywood fad, doomed to disappear like so many Kabbalah bracelets?

Hopefully it isn’t.Because meditation is so much more than just the next “pet rock” fad.In reality, in can change lives.

They told you that the chances were greater that would live an ordinary life if you were lucky. The bottom line is that they wanted you to forget about fulfilling your dreams and focus on what they told you would amount to. After all, they knew better.

In reality, you do not have to rely on luck, education or rare genes to have abundance. In reality, you do not have to be bored, work too hard at doing a job that does not suit you.

You can do well. You have the ability to do well. You deserve to do well

You need to know deep down inside your soul that you deserve to manifest abundance. Particular things can make this a reality and you need to understand and embrace that. The cosmic laws of manifesting abundance are universal, even though everyone is different. These cosmic laws find distinctive expression in you and in your life. As an example, consider the musician that applies universal law while playing his or her instrument using their own distinct style as they compose and play. This is something you should remember so as not to become too confused. Manifesting abundance is personal and has nothing to do with trying to keep up with others.

Even though everyone is different, the same universal law applies to have an abundant life. It will manifest itself uniquely to who you are just as a musician is bound to certain musical laws but creates his own unique sound and style fitting inside of those laws. Creating an abundant life is not about staying at the same level as the Joneses.

When you have an abundant life, you might get married or you might not. You can have fame or you might night. You might have all the money you will ever need like Donald trump or you will have enough to live a modest lifestyle.

However, how do you manifest abundance, what cosmic laws do you need to align yourself with to make it a reality?

So, what does it require to gain abundance? What cosmic laws must be aligned with yourself?

* You need to know why you want those things you want and it needs to be deeply ingrained in your mind. If it is not, you will manifest things that you really do not want or need, remember you should not ask for anything you do not want since that is what will manifest in your life.

* Know what you want and then allow your fantasies to flow as you focus intensely on the fantasies that come to you.

* In order to fulfill your fantasies, you should take action on the inspired opportunities that come to you. You can go online, read, order books, and watch videos that help you gain the knowledge you require if you are so inspired. Go to certain places and websites and so on when you feel inspired to do so.

* Know that the work you feel inspired to do will help you manifest abundance. One example is that of a professional golfer who make a great deal of money by doing that which he or she loves to do.

*You also have to know that abundance does not happen without effort on your part. This doesn’t mean that you have to work at it; it means that you need to do things that pave the way for that abundance to manifest. If you want to be the VP of your company, you can’t do that by not going to work, or doing a quality job.

*Just allow things to take shape in your life instead of forcing them. Be patient and know that it is coming like something in the mail.

It is time to have the life you have always wanted. The life of your dreams is waiting for you, start believing.

Life Lessons to Help Yourself

One of the most popular survey’s on Mastery of Meditation and Yoga is Your Biggest Mistakes in Life survey.  Life is really not long enough to make and recover from every possible mistake, so it is very important to learn, not just from your own mistakes, but also, to learn from the mistakes of others.  For this reason, I think this survey is one of the most important ones we have running, and for those really interested in true Self Help, it is priceless.

So, I would like to update you with the results of this ongoing survey, as now more than 160 responses have been processed.  This means we can help ourselves by learn from the experience of these 160 people and help avoid making the same mistakes that they regret making.   This survey really helps us learn some very important life lessons.

Still number 1 on the list is “Delayed Your Spiritual Practice.”  So just don’t procrastinate anymore!  This is the biggest mistake people have made in life, and I cannot emphasize enough the importance of avoiding this mistake if you have the chance.  Start your practice today.  Do not wait for things to be perfect.  Do not wait for the perfect time, place, guru, etc.  Just start, as best as you can, everything else will fall into place.

Once you start your practice, other self help issues will start to resolve themselves.  The insight you will gain from a strong spiritual practice will help you understand relationships better.  It will help you uncover your real passions.  It will give you the heart and courage to take the necessary risks.  And of course, it will improve your health DRAMATICALLY.  Nothing is better for your health and longevity than a good yoga and meditation practice.  So what are you waiting for?  Jump in and let the adventure begin.
